Choose Fenstür in-house delivery, third-party freight or courier, factory pickup, or a carrier arranged by you. Every order is planned around the product, route and receiving conditions.
Third-party freight or courier
Orders can travel by commercial semi-truck and trailer, specialized freight carrier or courier, depending on product size, destination and urgency.
Customer pickup
Customers and installers may collect completed orders from the Duncan factory after pickup timing, vehicle suitability and safe loading have been confirmed.
Customer-arranged shipping
You may arrange your own carrier. Fenstür will coordinate pickup timing and provide available package dimensions, weights and handling information.

Choose the route
The best shipping method depends on the order and destination.
Project location, product size, site access and installation timing determine whether in-house delivery, a semi-truck and trailer, courier, factory pickup or a customer-arranged carrier is the best fit. Large lift-and-slide panels and complete-home packages may need specialized crating, unloading equipment or staged delivery.

Protection + documentation
Packaging is designed around what is being shipped.
Fenstür reviews product size, glass, hardware and route before packaging. Package dimensions, weights, contents and available shipping documents are coordinated so the carrier and receiving team can prepare for the load.

Before arrival
Prepare a safe, dry receiving area.
The receiving team should confirm access, suitable unloading equipment, enough people and protected storage before the shipment arrives. Fenstür will provide the package information needed to plan.

Where does Fenstür ship?
