What we collect

Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, request time and pages requested, to operate and protect the website.

Why we use it

We use personal information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, support projects and orders, provide service or warranty assistance, improve the website and protect our systems. We do not sell personal information. We only use or disclose it for the identified purpose, with consent, or where permitted or required by law.

Service providers and embedded content

Fenstür may use service providers for website hosting, email, maps, video and other business operations. Those providers may process information on our behalf and may operate outside British Columbia or Canada. Embedded maps or videos may connect to their provider when you load or use them. Their own privacy terms may also apply.

Retention and safeguards

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, our business records and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask about the personal information Fenstür holds about you, request a correction or withdraw consent where the law permits. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide a requested service. If we later add non-essential analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, the website and this policy should be updated before they are enabled.
