These terms apply to your use of the Fenstür Windows & Doors website, operated by Wescon Cedar Products Ltd., doing business as Fenstür Windows & Doors (“Fenstür”). Product quotations, order documents and signed agreements govern any purchase.

Website content is provided for general information and early project planning. Product specifications, availability, sizes, performance values, finishes, pricing and lead times may change. Fenstür will confirm the details that apply to the product and configuration in a written quotation or order agreement.
Window and door selection, installation, structural support, flashing, drainage, code compliance and energy performance depend on the project and location. Website information is not architectural, engineering, installation or legal advice. Qualified project professionals should review the applicable design and requirements.
The Fenstür name, logo, website design, written content, product drawings, graphics and original photography are owned by Fenstür or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable excerpts for evaluating a Fenstür project, but may not republish or commercially reuse them without written permission.
Links to dealers, project partners, maps, videos, the Webshop and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Fenstür does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices.
Fenstür works to keep the website accurate, secure and available but does not promise uninterrupted access or that every item is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Fenstür is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content or from temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
