A warm welcome.
A thoughtful home.
Fenstür supplied the doors for this Vancouver Passive House duplex, where natural wood entrances complement a home designed around family, flexibility and everyday comfort.

Fenstür at Bird’s Wing
Doors that belong
to the architecture.
Bird’s Wing pairs a strong architectural form with carefully considered entrances. Fenstür’s wood doors add warmth against the dark exterior and carry that natural material into the home.
Glazed and solid door designs offer different ways to shape an arrival: a view through to the porch, a moment of privacy, or a welcoming wood surface at the entrance.

A home with room to adapt
Thoughtful design.
Shared possibilities.
Designed by ONE SEED Architecture + Interiors and built by Naikoon, Bird’s Wing combines two main homes with flexible lock-off suites. Its planning accommodates changing household needs while maintaining the scale of a neighbourhood home.
The project brings together Passive House design, adaptable living spaces and a distinctive folded roof. Fenstür’s contribution is the doors featured here.

From outside to inside
Keep the welcome
in real wood.
Door design is part of the whole home. Proportions, glazing, handles and wood finishes all influence how an entrance feels and how it works day to day.
For your project, Fenstür can help coordinate these choices with your drawings, material palette and performance requirements.
