Compare materials + finishes
Turn the handle upward and the sash tilts inward at the top for controlled ventilation. Turn it horizontally and the window swings fully inward for cleaning, access and generous airflow. Multipoint hardware locks the sash around its perimeter when closed.

Daily comfort
The top-tilt position creates an opening along the upper edge of the sash. It is useful when a room needs steady airflow without the footprint of a fully open casement, while the inward-turn position remains available when more ventilation or access is wanted.
Compression sealing
Multipoint locking engages around the sash and draws it against continuous perimeter seals. Glass, frame depth and hardware can then be configured around insulation, air tightness, water resistance, solar gain, sound control and total sash weight.
Design freedom
Choose an all-wood window for a continuous natural material expression or add aluminum cladding for a low-maintenance powder-coated exterior. Douglas fir, hemlock, oak, walnut and other species can be paired with clear finishes, stains, solid colours and custom-matched palettes.
